Reservation Policies

Booking & Payment

• Damage Deposit: A damage deposit must be paid at booking to confirm. The balance is due at check-in if paying cash, or 2 days before arrival for other methods.
• Payment Methods: Credit card payment is available please request the link from your agent (this method may incur in extra expenses), transfer and cash.

Cancellation Policies

• 60+ Days Before Arrival: Full refund minus a processing fee ($100 USD).
• 30-60 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund.
• Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival: No refund.
• Holiday Periods: All payments are non-refundable.
• Force Majeure: In cases where the property becomes uninhabitable or inaccessible due to unforeseen events, a full refund may be issued.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-In: after 3:00 PM.
• Check-Out: by 11:00 AM. Late check-out may incur additional fees.

Security & Damage Deposits

• Security Deposit: Required for all rentals; refundable within 2 weeks after departure if no damage occurs.
• Damage Responsibility: Guests are responsible for any damage or loss during their stay.

House Rules & Restrictions

• Minimum Age: Guests must be over 18 years old.
• Pets: some properties accept pets under certain conditions, with an additional fee and refundable deposit. Confirmation is always required.
• Smoking: Non-smoking policies inside the property.
• Parties & Noise: Strictly prohibited; violations may result in eviction without refund.
• Additional services: Some reservations require utility payments on top of the rental fee.

What to expect?

• Check-in instructions will be sent on the morning of arrival day.
• The concierge is available from 10 am to 5 pm, only emergencies are attended afterward.
• If you lose the key, you will be charged for the locksmith's cost.
• We recommend third-party services upon request but are not responsible for their quality.
